With a combined 45 years of experience as Special Educators, Jennifer and Katherine have worked at all levels of Special Education–from classroom teachers, school psychologists and program specialists, to district and SELPA directors. As active Special Education leaders, we are able to offer practical perspectives and resources to support our primary focus of leadership coaching. Our goal is to provide the support and thought partnership for today’s Special Education leaders that we wish had been available to us throughout our own leadership journeys.
